Do you ship worldwide?
How long does it take to arrive after purchase?
For the United States locations, it usually takes around 7-15 business days for you to receive your Balmy Drum. For worldwide delivery, it takes around 12 - 24 business days but sometimes, depending on the season of the year, you may receive your order between 15 - 27 business days.
Please note that shipping is insured and trackable. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive an email with shipping information. We usually fulfill your order within 3 - 5 days once the order has been placed (Within this timeframe we craft your special drum :)
How does the 30 Days Money Back Guarantee work?
After receiving your drum, if for any reason you don't like it, you can send it back to us within 30 days of your purchase! After we get your drum back, we will process your refund which should not take later than 5-10 business days to reflect in your bank account.

What is the size and weight of the Balmy Drum?
Balmy Drums come in 3 sizes:
- 6 inch 8 tones Balmy Drum: 6.5 inches in diameter. It weighs 1.9 lbs.
- 10 inch 11 tones Balmy Drum: 10 inches in diameter. It weighs 6 lbs.
- 14 inch 15 tones Balmy Drum: 14 Inches in diameter. It weighs 11.5 lbs.
